TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Deposit of $350 per person is required at time of booking to secure your place on the cruise-tour.  Final payment is due before March 15, 2006.

BOOKING AND INFORMATION: For booking your cruise-tour or to request additional information, please fill out and submit this form or contact Brazos Country Travel, 107 East Main Street, Brenham TX 77833. Phone 979-836-1777 or toll-free 800-843-7448. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND: All cancellations must be received in writing.  For cancellations 70 days or more before departure, $100 per person.  For cancellations 69-30 days before departure, $550 per person.  For cancellations 29-15 days before departure, $100 plus 50% of the total cruise-tour price.  For cancellations 14 days or less before departure, no refund.  There is no refund for “no shows” and for cancellations after the start of the cruise-tour.  There is no refund for unused services or if portions of the cruise-tour arrangements are missed.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

FARE EXCLUDES: Cost of passport; excess baggage charges; laundry; all items of a personal nature such as shore excursions, specialty restaurant fees, some beverages, photographs, gratuities/service fees, medical services, spa services, etc.; items not included on regular menus; meals other than on cruise; expenses for additional sightseeing not specified in the itinerary; wine or liquor, unless indicated; telephone or telegraph charges; health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance.

RESPONSIBILITY: Brazos Country Travel is responsible for making the arrangements for the air, cruise-tour and sightseeing offered.  Brazos Country Travel and their agents and employees shall not be responsible for personal injury or property damage, loss, accidents, delay, irregularity or change of itinerary incurred by any person or tour participant arising out of the act of negligence of any direct or supplemental air carrier or other persons rendering any of these services or accommodations. They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crises, political or social unrest, labor problems, climatic aberrations, local law, disease or any act of God. All such losses or expenses will have to be born by the passenger as rates provide for arrangements only as stated in the final itinerary. The tour participant's remittance of a deposit and full payment to Brazos Country Travel for a reservation, as well as their signature on the reservation sheet, shall constitute consent to all provisions as stated above and as listed on pages 84-88 of the 2004 Celebrity Alaska brochure.
